Al Rostamani International Exchange (ARIE) puts its Rpay and C3 payroll card balances in one place: the Al Rostamani Int Exchange app, which has a feature named Rpay / C3 Balance Check.
The steps below cover the app, what to do when it does not recognise you, and where to call when the balance or the salary is not showing.
Al Rostamani balance check options
| Option | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Al Rostamani Int Exchange app | Rpay / C3 balance and transaction history |
| Customer care on 600 540 004 | Card or app problems |
| An Al Rostamani branch | Registering with ARIE if the app does not find your record |
Check your balance in the Al Rostamani app
- Search for Al Rostamani Int Exchange in your phone’s app store and install it.
- Register with your valid Emirates ID.
- Log in to the app.
- Open Rpay / C3 Balance Check to see the balance on your payroll card.
The same app keeps a transaction history, so you can see which credits and deductions made up the balance. The app also lists the nearest Al Rostamani branch and lets you track a transfer, which helps if you send part of your salary home.
If the app does not recognise you
Registration works only for customers ARIE already has on record. If you are not registered with ARIE, the app sends you to the nearest branch to finish onboarding first.
Take your Emirates ID and your payroll card to the branch, then repeat the registration in the app once the staff confirm your details.
Phone & email support
Call Al Rostamani customer care on 600 540 004 from inside the UAE, or on +971 4 454 3200 from abroad. You can also write to ariecrd@alrostamanigroup.ae.
Never read out your card PIN or an OTP to anyone who calls or messages you, even if the person says they are from Al Rostamani.
When your salary is missing
An Rpay or C3 card receives salary through the UAE Wages Protection System (WPS), so the payment starts with your employer. If the balance has not moved, check with the company’s payroll department whether the WPS file was processed.
The guide to checking your salary balance in the UAE explains how to verify a WPS payment through MOHRE and what counts as late.
FAQ
Which Al Rostamani cards can I check in the app?
The Rpay and C3 payroll cards. The app names the feature Rpay / C3 Balance Check, and WPS customers use the card it calls the Rpay & C3 Payroll Card.
What do I do if the app says I am not registered?
Visit the nearest Al Rostamani branch with your Emirates ID to complete onboarding, then register in the app again.
Which number do I call from outside the UAE?
+971 4 454 3200. Inside the UAE, call 600 540 004.
My card says Ratibi, not Al Rostamani. Does this guide apply?
No. Ratibi is a different card with its own balance system. Use the Ratibi card salary check guide instead.
